Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Overview
Conflai is committed to transparency about how we use cookies and similar technologies. This policy explains what cookies we use, why we use them, and your choices regarding their use.
2. Cookies We Use
We use only strictly necessary session cookies required for the platform to function. Specifically:
| Cookie Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| better-auth.session_token | Authentication session | 7 days (refreshed on use) | Strictly necessary |
3. No Tracking Cookies
We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Our analytics are powered by Plausible Analytics, which is fully cookieless. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring cookie consent.
4. Cookie Consent
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies (required for the platform to function), no cookie consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC) or the Spanish LSSI-CE. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
5. Your Choices
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from using the authenticated parts of the Conflai platform.
